	Washingtonian of the Year Award Each year the Association of Washington Generals pays tribute to a citizen of Washington state for outstanding community service. The award is presented at the Generals' annual banquet. This year's annual Washingtonian of the Year Celebration honored the husband and wife team of Mack Strong, former Seattle Seahawks fullback, and Zoë Higheagle-Strong, chapter executive of HOPE worldwide.
